KnMTech was honored to participate in this leading industry event and showcased its latest self-developed pleated filter production line at Booth H313, Hall 5.1.
Integrated Pleated Filter Production Line Demonstration
At the exhibition, KnMTech presented its most advanced integrated pleated filter production machine equipped with an AI visual inspection system , highlighting the company’s capabilities in automated and efficient filter manufacturing solutions.
The compact production system integrates multiple key processing functions, including Automatic unwinding feeding、High-speed blade pleating and slitting and cross cutting，providing clients with a streamlined and flexible production solution for both standard and high-flow filter elements.
During live demonstrations, the production line attracted strong attention from international visitors, with many industry professionals stopping by for detailed technical discussions.
In addition, KnMTech also presented two all-in-one, high-precision end cap welding machines designed for different production requirements, including standard 10-inch filter production and high-flow filter manufacturing compatible with 10–40 inch filter elements.
