Description
The KM-HL-TSHJ-S3 is a semi-automatic servo-controlled multi-functional machine combining infrared non-contact welding and conventional hot-plate butt fusion in one system. Operators can select the appropriate welding technique according to pipe structure design, wall thickness, cleanliness requirements, and application conditions.
Infrared mode provides clean, non-contact heating for high-purity PVDF, PFA and PP piping, while hot-plate mode offers proven and robust fusion performance for conventional PE and PP pipes and fittings.
With servo-controlled motion, automatic pipe-end trimming, touchscreen recipe management and quick-change clamping fixtures, the machine provides a flexible solution for both high-purity and general industrial thermoplastic piping applications.

Advantages
